Meet Cashe’ Alexander

Founder of Precise Learning | Science Intervention Specialist | Advocate for Underserved Learners

Throughout my career as a science educator, instructional coach, and curriculum leader, I witnessed the same deeply concerning trend: capable students falling behind in science—not because they lacked potential, but because they weren’t receiving the targeted support they needed, especially at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.

I worked with brilliant children who gradually lost confidence. Their spark dimmed not from lack of effort, but from a lack of access—to aligned resources, effective intervention strategies, and adults who knew how to meet them where they were. I saw teachers doing their best but overwhelmed by systems that didn’t provide real, practical tools. And I saw parents who wanted to help but didn’t know how.

I created Precise Learning to change that.

Grounded in research-based practices and aligned to TEKS standards, Precise Learning bridges the gap between struggle and success—for both educators and families. Through our science memberships, professional development, and intervention-based resources, I help transform science instruction into a confident, empowering experience.

Because when we stop reteaching and start reaching, every child can thrive—and every adult supporting them can feel equipped to make it happen.

At Precise Learning, we believe that every child deserves to feel confident in science, whether they're in the classroom or at the kitchen table. Our memberships are designed to provide targeted, TEKS-aligned support that helps close learning gaps and sparks curiosity in students in grades 3–8, especially those receiving Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions.
